Guest Musician: Minnie Prickle
is a charming and original singer songwriter. She says of herself: “Minnie writes what she knows then changes names and puts a tune to it. The tunes are mostly her own but sometimes someone else’s. Following a few years lost in the disorientating forests of Quebec, she returned to her home in New Zealand with a few stories to tell and decided to sing them. She sings as though someone is chasing her or as though she is following footprints in the snow.”
