Guest Poet:  Zarah Butcher-McGunnigle

Zarah Butcher-McGunnigle currently lives in Auckland, after having
lived in Wellington for the last few years. She has a BA in English
from the University of Auckland and an MA in Creative Writing from
Victoria University. Her work has appeared in publications such as
Landfall, Sport, and Best NZ Poems. Her first book of poetry is going
to be published next month by Hue & Cry Press. Look out for launch
details!

Guest Musician: Tom Cadillac

Tom Cadillac has played in various bands- zeka funk and bipolar bass
etc…has 2 solo CDs out- ‘bootpump’ and ‘rocket tails’- latest work
with glitchsink- check out their stuff on facebook, soundcloud and
youtube.


Swap-a-poem night:

A Poetry Live tradition started by Miriam Barr. Open mic poets swap
poems with each other and read another poet’s work- and get a chance
to hear someone else reading theirs. This is always a great night!
