Guest Musician: Kate & Nick
Kate Kelly and Nick Mans have been friends for 21 years, and have been performing together for 8. You may recognise Nick from films such as Shortland St, Power Rangers and Narnia. He has spent the last 3 years soaking up chemicals in a fibreglass workshop. Nick finds the fumes assist him in creativity, and this gives him the superpowers to build Hindi temples, pirate ships, and dinosaurs out of fibreglass. He has recently been accepted in in the Harbourview Sculpture trail. You will be able to view his work in March 2016. Kate comes from a Teaching, Healthcare, Dance, Orchestral and MediArts background, and finds that the stage is not always her friend. Poetry and Movement are the most cogent forms of expression, she embraces Netball and Boxing with a passion, and invokes her child with the importance of creativity and movement whenever she can. She currently is undertaking Personal Training study.
